Steps

  1)   Click on Personalize page

  2)   Create Item

  3)   Click on Complete View Radio Button

  4)   Click on Create Item on First Row.

     Level :         at which level u want to add i.e Site, Function

     Item Style:  Tip

     ID:               1

     Text:           <P style="color:red"><B><font size="2">"Message Text"</font></B></P>

  5)   Click on Apply

  6)   Click at down side return to Application.

 Tips Message is now showing..
